Holleywood Lawn & Landscape Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Holleywood Lawn & Landscape, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality lawn and landscaping services. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to residential, commercial, and seasonal contract customers.

1. Automatic Renewal Policy

• All seasonal and commercial contracts are automatically renewed once payment has been received.

• Customers who wish to cancel their contract must follow the cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Seasonal Contract Refund Policy (Prepaid Residential & Commercial Services)

For customers who prepay for a full-season contract and wish to cancel, the following terms apply:

• 90-Day Notice Required: Customers must provide a minimum of 90 days’ written notice before discontinuing service.

• Refund Calculation:

• Refunds will be based on the remaining services beyond the 90-day notice period.

• A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable balance to cover scheduling and administrative costs.

• Non-Refundable Services:

• No refunds will be issued for any services already performed.

• If cancellation occurs within the first 90 days of the contract, no refund will be provided, as the contract minimum has not been met.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of final service after the 90-day notice period ends.

3. Commercial Contract Policy (Long-Term Agreements)

For commercial properties under long-term contracts, additional terms apply:

• Early Termination Fee:

• If a commercial client cancels before the contract term ends, a cancellation fee equal to two months of service will be charged. This covers lost scheduling opportunities and operational planning.

• Mid-Contract Adjustments:

• Service frequency, scope, or additional services may be adjusted with 30 days’ written notice. Pricing will be updated accordingly.

• Non-Refundable Deposits:

• Any upfront deposits for materials, landscaping installations, or seasonal services are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or started.

• Payment Terms:

• Late payments beyond 30 days from the invoice date will incur a 5% late fee per month until the balance is paid in full.

• Weather-Related Delays:

• Services delayed due to weather will be rescheduled at the earliest available time. No refunds will be issued for weather-related postponements.

By making a payment for services, the customer agrees to the automatic renewal and refund policy terms outlined above. Holleywood Lawn & Landscape reserves the right to update these policies as needed.

 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 25 business days from the date of final service after the 90-day notice period ends.
